My Story
For years, I built, led and showed up from a place of pressure.
I was doing everything the world said made a strong, successful woman while carrying emotional weight that no one saw.
Like many women, I wore resilience like a badge.
I kept going even when the going was too much.
But there came a point when my spirit said enough.
God called me into a softer, simpler, more aligned way of being.
Not a smaller version of myself, but a truer one.
Not a quieter life, but a more peaceful one.
Not less leadership, but healthier leadership.
My breakthrough came when I realized I didn’t have to break to be blessed.
I didn’t have to exhaust myself to be effective.
I didn’t have to neglect my mental health to be impactful.
And I didn’t have to carry more than I was called to hold.
That moment wasn’t a collapse.
It was a recalibration.
A spiritual redirect.
A return to myself.
Now I teach other women to do the same.
